Comfy hotel with incredible staff on the reception desk. Room was new-fashioned and newly remodelled. It had great and lovely location, so close to a restaurant, large shopping centre and Wetherspoons and the pubs. We had lunch in Kings Exotica, located nearby.

My stay was quite comfortable for service in the evening. The staff were all courteous, accommodating. Its location was central, 400 metres from The Family. The hotel was in a lovely area, adjacent to Basingstoke, the town centre and bars. Everything was simply good.

Solo traveler finds a decent stay
Breakfast was good with solid options and fresh fruit salad. The staff at reception were super friendly helping me sort a taxi when I needed it.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but considering the overall experience it was still acceptable.

Easily accessible with excellent free parking, the hotel offered a clean, well-equipped room, complemented by a fantastic bathroom. The friendly staff greatly enhanced the experience. Finding the entrance could be challenging, and while the local dining options were convenient, they might not suit everyone's taste.

I did not like the tree branches on the car poark floor which caused the problem

The continuous friendly staff and atmosphere, the safety aspects were great being a single female with a child there.

The breakfast was really good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice feel and is centrally located. It's ideal for a clubland weekend, and the signature rooms have great touches for relaxation.
the only downside was the noise at night, due to nearby pubs.

The breakfast and general bar/food facilitys. The location is good for the trainstation and the shopping cnetre.
The single bed was small. You can hear the people in the rooms either side of your room.

Location
Very small single bed and old fashion bedding. Clean but old style decor and needs a refurb. However, great location if you have a meeting in Basingstoke with free car park and the staff also very friendly and quick to solve any problems. Just would like to see better bed, sheets, pillows etc. Would recommend if you get a double bed.
